He was knowledgeable and offer suggestions for brand and was thorough in his inspection and explanation of the work required. I would recommend TNT. "This was annual maintenance- not repair. Service tech was so courteous and explained everything he was doing and why. He helped educate me on life expectancy for certain parts and what things could be done proactively and what things could be postponedâ ¦ There was no sense of him upselling me or rushing me or cutting corners to get to the next appt. I was left with future options to consider- but without pressure - And given an approximate price for those choicesâ ¦ The service tech was respectful towards my home and myselfâ ¦ I feel really good about having an ongoing relationship with ARS."
