Always on time and ready to work when they showed up. Clean up after job was completed was great you could not tell they were here. This was no small job by far pool is 16 by 40 an 12 feet deep. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. "The actual construction on the walls was done well for the most part. A couple over-cuts were found but these were fixed quickly with no hassle what so ever. However, the walls were built per the MD Pools plans which should have changed when the pool was put in higher than planned. Bob, the owner, seemed to know that the decking would be 9" higher than expected but built the walls per the plans anyway. This meant that we had one small wall which serves no purpose and had to pay $1000 to add a row of block to make the long wall high enough to sit on. Everything else about Artistic was so professional but it was really annoying that Bob didn't talk to us about the pool elevation change which he seemed to know but we didn't."
