"Ryan is exactly the type of person I was looking for. He was very honest regarding his analysis of what was wrong. It turns out it was a valve rather than the tank. So it was much less expensive especially since initially I thought the hot water heater may replacement. He was prompt and showed up within an hour. I didn’t know if it was an emergency, especially since I saw water at the base of the tank and we live on the second floor of a condominium complex. I felt he was very fair with his fees, and he gave me an upfront estimate prior to beginning. Finally, he said if it turns out to be the water heater tank instead and the heater needs to be replaced he would give me an adjustment relative to what I had already paid. His attitude and approach and instills trust and confidence. I highly recommend him."

"Well let me start by saying I called several water heater companies to inquire about an estimate for my hot water heater that was not getting real hot. He was the ONLY repair person to come out that gave me the feeling he was trying to fix my hot water heater and not trying to sale me a new hot water. I never had a hot water heater water heater issue before therefore i was not familar with pontential problems. Everbody tried to get me to buy something called elements without actually trying to fix my heater. Wallace plumbing was able to identify some pressure thing or something with the thermostat that he fixed and saved me pontially thousands of dollars that other companies tried to sales pitch me. I then called Wallace plumbing because my toliet kept running and Wallace came out and fixed my toliet in minutes and his prices are very affordable. I will be using Wallace plumbing for any future needs and I recommend them!"

He was respectful and hardworking. He came on time and finished the job on time, the project was top notch. His price was very reasonable compared to others."

"Had a 15 year old gas tankless water heater that wasn't firing up. Other guy was telling me it needed to be replaced and was looking at 4,000 dollar bill. Called A & C and Chris found it was a flue issue and fixed the leak. Haven't had a problem since. Very professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend these guys"

"I'm still on the market searching replace water heater."

"The work was done correctly, promptly and better than I would have done myself and I am a perfectionist. 2 faucet replacements (kitchen & bathroom), complete with new hoses and new valves and 1 new drain stopper, closely supervised by my elder cat. After the work was completed, the installs were tested for leaks. I was walked through all the work that was done and shown all the features (one I didn’t even know I had purchased). Humble & honest practitioner. Will definitely work with them again. Highly recommend for excellent, clean, meticulous service."

"Dan and Joe from Harco did a great job on a complex water heater installation that involved moving an air duct for a reasonable price. They were courteous and even took off their shoes when in my home. Unfortunately, there were a few hang ups initially with the installation but returned back and made everything right without question the same day. They also honored their initial estimate without any additional hidden costs. Thank you Dan and Joe for your hard work and valued savings for this particular job."
