Communications before the visit were prompt, professional, and geared toward promoting confidence. "Cost: $411.00 I had an electrical surge which cracked the ceramic of an old light fixture in my utility room. The surge also tripped an outdoor electrical outlet, and it couldn't be reset. Michael was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problems. After his price quote, I had him replace the light fixture and the outdoor outlet. Had another power surge the next day.
