"Overall, I had an outstanding experience with everyone from John Krause Construction. Their customer service was most impressive. They asked about and worked around my schedule, were all prompt, courteous and friendly, and showed a true desire to complete the work to my satisfaction. Their explanations of the work to be done and the time it would take were clear and accurate. They started the work in less than a week after I signed the contract, and completed it in a week. This was well beyond my expectations since a lot needed to be done, including drywall repair and painting some hard to reach areas, shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and concrete step repair. Their cost estimate was competitive and fair. There were a couple hiccups along the way, including matching the interior paint color and trouble with installing a door handle, but everything worked out ok. "Everything about Dimitri's company is the absolute best. Dimitri and his sons and employees are very knowledgeable, hard-working, respectful and they did a fabulous job with my bathroom. This bathroom had been previously gutted by someone else so everything in there had to be done. New plumbing and electrics had to be installed as well as new tiles on the floor and on the walls. They put in a new shower, toilet and vanity -and now I have the most gorgeous bathroom, I love it. The men always arrived when they said they would; they are very friendly and kind as well as being courteous. This is a family business and Dimitri and his sons all work together, to get the job done. These guys are truly professionals. Dimitri, his sons and family have a wide knowledge of renovations and a wide range of skills. As a result of their great work in my home, I also asked them to install two custom storm doors, back and front and now I am getting a quote for a new deck and covered porch. I trust Dimitri's company to do a great job no matter what it is - a complete renovation or a small job and as such I highly recommend the company. These guys are my heroes!!"
