"Call out fee was reasonable, called him to fix a specific problem, funny smell coming from a finished attic room, he felt it might be due to a leak from a pipe, his suggestion was that we open a wall behind the toilet to check the pipes there,he was upfront about the fact that I would have to pay someone else to fix the wall afterwards, but when asked what we would do if we could not detect the problem in the pipe he was rather noncommital, I would rather have a better plan in place before I start tearing my walls open.
