"Quoted $1500. Two water heaters were dented. Told they would come back on Thursday with one hopefully not dented from the warehouse. Paid the $1500 cash. Still waiting for receipt. Did not pay for overflow tank as that has not been completed. Called Thursday and Friday for updates. No follow up. On Friday - I was told they would call back in 10 minutes. No call back. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.  
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.
