Zach showed me a picture of a pipe that was starting to rust under my sink to make me aware, but mentioned it wasn't something that needed to be done that day. He then informed me of the age and average life of my water heater so I could begin planning for the future. At the end I decided one of my toilets needed to be replaced. He had exactly what I wanted on his truck and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. They left my home as if no one had been there with cleanliness. I will certainly use Mr. Rooter plumbing again in the future."
