"I hired Tru Maintenance to powerwash the siding and clean my gutters. They came in a week and did an amazing job. I have done it myself in the past and simply ran out of time. the house is sparkling. Nothing was damaged and the owner, Sergiu, suggested that rather than do the gutters now, for the same price he would come back after the leaves were down. "The job was completed by the agreed upon price, and the house was secure and warm again, within a week, as Pete promised. The interior work will be ongoing, as it was the holidays, he will come back in a few weeks to finish the interior of the attic. As noted we have hire Pete during the last 4 years for various projects, if something breaks or is not working he comes back and tries to repair or re-install it. And it generally is a item that I purchased! through no fault of his that it has failed! There are times when a manufacture discontinues making the item and parts, so it is the homeowners responsibility to replace it at their cost, which we had to do once and realize it happens, it is part of the construction/renovation process!"
