"At first, we thought that they were just going to repair the existing wood floor, but after talking to the owner, he said that there was a room that had to be replaced entirely because the planks were in very bad conditions. They got us a great price on the new Oak floor and store it in their warehouse until it was ready to be installed. We thought the process was going to be messy but it was not! They handled everything very carefully, protected our furniture, and vacuumed the area after they sanded the floors, which is pretty much the hardest part. "I got them from Angie’s List. They did an excellent job. They promptly showed up at my house the next morning at 8 a.m. because I had company coming that night. They just changed their schedule and showed up early for me. When he was leaving, he went ahead and cleaned the hall rug and the living room rug at the front door. Everything looked really nice. There was no wheel mark from his equipment. He also left me some deodorizer for the carpet for free and he was reasonable. The cost was affordable. He did such a good job for me. It was a very good job for that money. They responded very promptly and professionally. They were the best. I would use them again most definitely this year before the holidays."

"A team of two men over four days moved the furniture from each area, then cleaned, degreased and machine buffed each 12 x 12 inch tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines in each wing of the house.   Some areas of the grout had to be hand scrubbed a second time.  The grout had to be completely dry before it could be sealed so an additional day was needed. On the sixth day from the time the job was started, all of the floor was sealed; it quickly dried and the furniture replaced. The entire house floor was sealed.   We were told by Francisco Garcia, the business owner, that the sealing should last several years.  He provided us with a specific floor cleaning product  and told us to use a wet vacuum to suck up the water so as to avoid re-depositing dirty water into the grout. The tile and grout looks very nice.
