We hired them to paint the exterior and interior of our house few months ago and they did a remarkable job. He was able to catch 2 big ones. He calls back and checks to see if there are any more signs of the rats. I think their follow up is very good. Adam is the one I deal with mostly."

There was a problem with their subsequent repair work done to the wood, and I asked Dan Haakma, their wood repair specialist, to stop by to ensure the workers took care of everything. Unfortunately, much of the work was not done correctly. I was delighted to see that, instead of discovering this and then rescheduling the work, Dan stayed another 4 hours to complete the work himself--and done beautifully."
