This included steps, pouring footings, replacing rotten wood and doing all this while maintaining the structural integrity of the original roof over this little porch. Mike was upfront with me about best and worst case scenarios and built exactly the porch I wanted. It looks like it’s always been there (which can be hard with an older home!).
