"It went very well. There were only a couple of times of something went wrong, but each time they made it right and I had a lot done, so I can understand a few hiccups. The customer service they provide is outstanding. I order a lot of lights in daylight color and the service manager always makes sure they have it in stock because they come out. He also touches base with me after every job to make sure it went good. The price is up there, but I can promise you, you get what you pay for."

Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I had my normal HVAC guy come out and look at it and he said he'd need to order the part and it would be here next week. Unfortunately that'd mean I'd be in a hotel until next week too. After making a dozen calls, I called him and he said he could fix it tonight. I was skeptical because I had been told otherwise so many times within the previous hour, but the dude is legit. He just left my home and got the job done, earlier than originally scheduled, too. The price was right and I couldn't be happier. He saved me $100's by not having to get a hotel.
