He made sure my old computer was properly backed up and that all my data, etc. was transferred to the new computer. He listened to how I wanted my computer to be set up and made sure it was done to my satisfaction. He was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and easy to work with. He made the transition from Windows 7 to Windows 10 very easy for me. He explained how to navigate Windows 10 to and gave me some excellent suggestions and tips. Currently I am a commercial electrician or a as a mechanic in the trade. Unfortunately I am not a master electrician for any major projects that might need a permit pulled I can’t do that do to state laws. Just being honest. But my rates are fair I don’t don’t charge the customer for material, I usually give a list for the customer to purchase and only charge labor.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
