Mr. Winston called and I immediately felt comfortable aa if I was speaking with an old friend or family member and he was 100% professional. I explained my issue with the laptop and he immediately told me the possible issues from the simplest fix to the complex possibility. I asked for a quote and he told me his hourly rate, which was surprisingly reasonable. He came to my home to see if he could repair it there, but had to take it to his shop. He didn't hold onto it unnecessarily to uncharged me or anything. I was given a detailed explanation of the issue with my laptop and how it was resolved. Currently I am a commercial electrician or a as a mechanic in the trade. Unfortunately I am not a master electrician for any major projects that might need a permit pulled I can’t do that do to state laws. Just being honest. But my rates are fair I don’t don’t charge the customer for material, I usually give a list for the customer to purchase and only charge labor.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

He did an excellent job of cleaning up the mess of wires behind the wall shelf and TV. We ran into a problem getting the Comcast box to function properly and Nav refused to quit until he diagnosed the problem.
