"On Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend I woke up to discover that my refrigerator wasn't working. When I checked my main electrical panel I discovered that the breaker for the refrigerator had tripped and was extremely hot. I check Angie's List to find an electrician. I called VanderHyde and was put through to their on-call service. I explained my issue to the electrician and he gave me some advice on what to do. He told me to call him back if I continued to have any issues. Following his advice I determined that the problem was the refrigerator. I went out to find a new refrigerator and when I got back home I had a message from the electrician. He had been thinking through my problem and had a few other things I could try to figure out my problem. I was so impressed that he went above and beyond like that. If I ever need an electrician I will definitely keep VanderHyde in mind.
