"If I could give 10 stars I would! We purchased a new home and needed a company to do HVAC maintenance - we go so much more. We have the maintenance contract along with a generation install (which was time sensitive for us) and Simons came thru. They even installed the generator during winter with snow on the ground! We returned home after 4 months and the hot water heater was not working, within 2 days - which much thanks to Honey in the office - we had a new tankless hot water heater. All the technicians are polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you all for the wonderful service - both technicians and office staff!"

Eric did the full install, including fabricating a custom plenum to mate it to my existing ducting. He came back to revise some of the work at no charge, and did a very thorough job. He was quick, responsive, professional, and accommodating. He's also a wizard with sheet metal, and a great guy to just talk to. Very personable. He takes his work seriously, he's honest, and he will see the job through until the work meets his standards.
