"Overall, was very pleased with results. Recently had to replace defective tub spout and cartridge. Encountered an issue with spout replacement. Had a verbal agreement that customer supplied spout, shower head and single handle assembly would be covered under life time warranty. Since it was not written down on contract, Rebath indicated customer supplied parts were not covered even though sales indicated it would be covered verbally. However, Rebath did order part (it was under Moen lifetime warranty) and installed part. Rebath did offer to assist with future claims, if needed, with customer supplied parts needing replacement."

"I was very impressed with Robert and his crew. I received a quote very quickly after sending him a picture of the large pile of tree branches that needed to be removed from my back yard. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and his crew cleaned it up in record time! They swept up after themselves and even offered to take some additional branches that weren't in the picture I had originally sent them for the quote. "All of the services provided was excellent.  I called the company and talked to Paul Stoural, the manager, who was very friendly and answered all my questions honestly.  Paul sent an estimator, who was also quite friendly and very informative, to the house the next day and provided us with installation options for improved drainage and an estimate that was significantly below the others we received.  We accepted the estimate immediately and the installation started when scheduled.  The installation crew was also friendly, very professional, and dedicated to their work even though the temperature was quite cold and the wind rather gusty making the work conditions less than ideal to say the least.  The work was completed in just over a day, despite the weather, and the results were even better than we had expected when compared to the gutter system that was previously on the house, which was installed in 1995.  I would highly recommend Marathon Services.
