"Kevin came out same day and was able to fix problem quickly! He went above and beyond to answer questions and provide suggestions. Very kind and very fair pricing. My neighbor saw his truck and asked him to look at their AC system. He answered their questions and provided quotes without cost."

"Joe and his Airoc team are true professionals.
They provided reliable, dependable and expert service regarding all paperwork associated with the installations"

"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."

"The initial visit for the estimate was thorough, and the estimate itself was detailed and comprehensive. The work was scheduled and took place on the scheduled date. The work was done on time, and the equipment works well. The company was responsive and dealt well with all my concerns and requests."

"Prompt, courteous service. The issue was resolved."

"Talked to Matt the owner one very hot Sunday in June when my A/Cs were not working. I had my regular folks tell me it was shot and had a leak. Matt sent his team out on Monday and the A/Cs were up and running in about 40 minutes. There was no leak. They worked beautifully all summer. My neighbor's went out this year - her unit was about 5 years older than mine. I gave her NextGenAire's contact info and she just replaced her unit. She is very happy with the price and service."

"Replaced central ac with a heat pump. Excellent advice on available alternatives. Professional, clean and efficient installation. Very good customer service. I recommend them without reservation."

"It went very well. They had a good price. They got everything done in one day. The workers were very polite and respectful in my property. I highly recommend them to all."

"Maffei worked out great, they came first to provide a quote, and then returned a few days later once I was ready to complete the work. Both the front office and field technicians were ultra-professional to work with, and I will not hesitate to hire them again in the future."
