We needed a very large addition and kitchen/living area added and their work is great. We had a couple of issues come up because of the work an outside architect had done but Mike and I worked it out. His foreman is spot on and his crew are just wonderful to work with. He and his foreman were always a phone call away as I was away during construction. They had solutions when we had questions and followed through on them. On a project this large there are always bound to be things that come up but we always managed to come up with solutions. Mike, Brian, Otti and the rest of the crew, we thank you for making our plans come to fruition and doing a great job. He promised to be done in April and he came through on that promise. Attached are photos- I was gaslighted stating that I was ?impossible to please? and would ?never be happy?- judge the work for yourself! Project was over $40,000 and this is what they found acceptable! If you still choose them (?) then make sure an attorney reads anything you sign as every minuscule detail must be written or they will not take any responsibility! And read financing terms very carefully as they scroll through the contract speaking but the content does NOT match what they spew! Then the threats start demanding approval for the terrible, incomplete job. You?ll be ignored and ghosted once they get their money after placing in writing the modifications that will (not) occur!"

"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day.
