Conscientious about laying a good foundation and matching existing brick, to the extent that he sent a representative from the

brick vendor to ensure the match was close.  Resulted in him taking back a load of bricks and bringing another. Did good work and washed brick with acid.  Price was low enough that I added some to cover the acid wash. 

Weather and other jobs impacted his time schedule so I had to wait beyond estimated start date

Rep came out to survey area for installation and determine any details, as well as provide rough estimate. Crew came out few days later and installed rack without any issue.
