"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"I hate paying others to do work that I can do, but we were rushed & I am not fast and have been known to have to redo plumbing. Mom was no longer able to lift self over tub for tub shower & won't let me help & give my wife incredible resistance, so mom's hygiene was getting bad.
