Mark Belvin and his team were very professional from the start of the project to finish. Mark answered every question we had, helped us learn about what needed to be done. His designer, Dave, drew up our vision and made a clear 3-d design so we could see how things would look before renovating. Mark has a true talent and true craftsmanship. I recommend them to anyone seeking work done for their home. We love our closed in sunroom and knowing we can have family over and entertain again is very nice. Thanks again, Ultimate Craftsman!"

"If I could give zero stars I would! We had the most HORRIBLE experience with Christan/Nighthawk!!! We had a 3 phase home addition that was to be done in 6 months. It took 11 months and he only made it thru phase 2. He took our money then proceeded to only show up once a week for most of the project!! He left our roof off - exposing our home to extensive damage that he ignored - for 3 MONTHS!!!! He claimed we were a priority project to him and yet never showed up. And to add insult to injury the work he did was AWFUL! Framing was left exposed to the elements so long it grew mold (that we had to treat on our own dime) and the inside framing was so wrong that we had to rip it down and fix on our own. Beware of a sheep in wolfs clothing. Christian talks a good game and you'll believe he is a good guy/business man but he did us sooooo wrong!!! All I can say is do not make the same mistake we did - go with someone else!!!!"
