"I consider it a great privilege to leave this review for RLC contracting. Rick and Linda Jenkins are true professionals and your satisfaction is their goal. We had them convert half of our garage into a laundry/utility room. With my husband and I getting older,we made some renovations to our home to enhance out ability to remain here for a long time. Our laundry was located in the garage and we had to schlep baskets up and down cement steps. It became apparent this wasn’t going to last too much longer. So we contacted Rick and Linda and they assisted us in the process of being able to “age in place”. Both are very knowledgeable in this area and were great resources. Rick was highly complimented by our local building inspector and Linda runs a tight ship. We were informed of each step of the process and the craftsmanship is outstanding. We love our new laundry room and with the COVID-19 we loved having a place to put extra supplies. Towards the end of that project, we approached them about building a deck on the back of the house. Again, flawless craftsmanship. And again, as the building inspector stood on the deck, he told me how impressed he was with the work that had been done. Yeah. It’s that good. We would not hesitate recommending RLC Contracting to anyone and would delight in the opportunities to do so. We are thrilled with our new room and the huge deck that now grace our home."

"Josh and Eddy arrived on time (actually a week early as they had an unexpected opening in their schedule). They looked at the safety bar and hand grip bar that I had purchased and examined the shower/tub space. We discussed what the position (height and slant) of where the bars should be. Once that was determined, the ceramic tiles were measured and marked. Placement was rechecked. The holes were drilled. During drilling a small vacuum was used to gather the dust and debris from the ceramic tiles. My tiles were not chipped or cracked. The bars were screwed into the wall and the area was rechecked for any needed clean up. An Angie's List discount was applied to my bill. On the way out, they stopped and readjusted a slanted pot light in my kitchen and a cabinet door which was scrapping the ceiling whenever it was opened. All of this was done within 30 minutes. Josh and Eddy were respectful of my home, paid great attention to details, and were very pleasant to talk with. I will rely on Yorktown's Handyman to complete any needed home repairs and improvements."

"We had our master bath completely demolished and rebuilt. We were very nervous because we’d never taken on a project like this, but we purchased a 30 year old home knowing we’d have to. We got 2 separate estimates that came in almost identical in price, so we were comfortable we were well within the industry standard for this type of work. The plan was laid out for us and carried out exactly as promised. Everything was handled professionally and we’re extremely pleased with the quality of the work. If we were ever in a situation to require this type of work again in the future, there wouldn’t be 2 estimates because we wouldn’t bother calling anyone else. Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

This is a family owned business, that provide outstanding service, we have referred him to our neighbor, we would not hestitate to use this company in the future. Very pleased. They are located in Front Royal Virginia just to make sure you have the right company.
