I was relieved to get an appointment scheduled for the very next day. Sean arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and gently broke the news that our water heater needed to be replaced. Although I was initially upset—since the water heater was installed just three years ago—Sean eased my concerns with his calm demeanor and professionalism, which made me feel much better about moving forward. Sean was incredibly respectful of our home, especially our new carpet. He took great care not to track dirt inside or get the carpet wet while replacing the unit, and he cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Overall, Sean did an excellent job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call A1 Sewer & Drain again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!!"

We gave them a key to come and  go as needed an, they even asked if I wanted them to turn on the alarm.  They left my house cleaner than when they started, and pickup the trash that was already in yard before they arrived.
