"From the first meeting with Matt when he gave us a timeline and our estimate, through the install and the walk through of finished work, it was all very well done. The installers were very polite and made sure that any flooring that they would be walking on or bringing out the old water heater on were completely covered to protect from any dirt or water. Any time we went to see if they needed anything they would tell us what they had gotten done and what they were working on. Not once were they short or put out as some people are when you are curious about what is going on in your house. I would use Lighthouse any time and have already told our friends how professional and caring they were about everything that went into our home and the proper working of it all before they left. They also did not take the last half of our payment until the final walk through which was 5 days after all work was completed. They also do military discounts and cash/check discounts which is a lovely perk."

Rose Brothers Heating and Ac was excellent.  Even during a busy season they were able to get us an appointment quickly and the serviceman was right on time.  We did have two different representatives but it all worked out.  The first serviceman overlooked a sequencer problem on the blower unit due to the low coolant charge but the company dispatched an on-call serviceman within the hour when we called to state the unit was still not cooling.  The second serviceman identified the sequencer in a very reasonable amount of time and quickly had us cooling again.  There was no service fee for the second visit but there was an install/part fee for the sequencer.  Overall we had a very satisfactory experience and would definitely use Rose Brothers Heating and Ac again.  My only wish is that we would have used them earlier.
