"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"The repair guy was very courteous, respectful, careful, and experienced in his work. He fixed everything. I am super pleased with him. I am very happy with the service that I received. I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"If this is the same man that fix my washer last time he was great and fast and know's what he is doing."

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."

"Note: I opted to replace rather than repair, so I can't really vouch for quality of work. However, I can vouch that the gentleman that came over was very nice, honest, and knowledgeable. (We even called on a Saturday and got a visit that day.) He gave us a very reasonable estimate to repair the dryer. But considering the brand and age of our dryer, we decided it would be best to replace it with a new-to-us dryer."

"We had a pretty bad line break and they made it out within an hour of calling. They were fast, courteous, and very willing to help! Top notch service. We highly recommend them!"

"JAY IS EXCELLENT, HE CONTACTED ME WITHIN 2 HOURS OF MY SEARCH, AND ON A SUNDAY AS WELL. HE WAS AT OUR HOME BY 6:00 A.M. THE NEXT MORNING AND HAD THE TROUBLE DIAGNOSED WITHIN 30 MIN. AND COORDINATED A REPAIR TIME WITH US THAT MET OUR BUSY SCHEDULE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDED A HOME APPLIANCE REPAIRED. THANKS JAY."
