"I called NRG Management and talked to Andrew around 9:30 AM, he was in my town by 11:00 AM. My heating system had seen the end of a 30 year run, and my family was without hot water. Andrew gave me a price for the job completed that beat any of the other companies quotes, I checked reviews and I felt comfortable to do business with Andrew and NRG. Andrew said he would be over by 7:00 PM to do the install, after he finished his workday. Andrew showed up with a new Buderus boiler, a Riello burner and 4 circulator pumps, a zone board and tiger loop with flex lines, all new plumbing with copper lines. "Bill was willing to install a heat pump system that I purchased, even though his default was Bosch. His son and helper did the install over two days. It was getting late when they finished and the unit worked, although it whistled. I let Bill McGinley know but couldn't get them to come out to resolve the problem for over a week. Bill figured out that air was being sucked in between the top bottom front panels on the ACIQ central unit and did a workaround -- taping over it. The manufacturer ACIQ was no help in acknowledging that there was a problem with their product. I made a mistake paying on the basis of the quote rather then requiring an invoice. When I tried to apply for the NHSaves rebate, they wanted an invoice. Bill was not very responsive in sending me the invoice. He did when I told him NHSaves would be contacting him. But he was very accommodating in doing the work i wanted done instead of doing what he was used to doing."
