"We got our central air through Carolina Comfort Air. We were lucky to have Terry sell us this unit when we inquired. Then the next day Chris B, Mateo, and Dre were very professional. They installed a beautiful Trane unit. Wonderful experience and great people to work with."

"Benny Henry has exceptional knowledgeable of the job performance. He kept me informed with the details of his service. I was notified of the pros and cons of the condition of my system. He highly treated me and my house with upmost respect I will put in a request for his service again on my central heat and air."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"In my experience, there is nothing not to like about this company! Ricky Lane, the owner, came to our house in Durham to estimate the need and cost. He was friendly and informative, and he offered a very competitive price. We scheduled a time after New Year's in 2023. The work crew was very professional. They replaced soft or rotten decking, covered decking with a waterproof underlayer, and installed the shingles of our choice. Afterwards they picked up every last nail. It's been five months since then, and everything is fine."

"I had a mini split heating/cooling system installed and I am loving it...great on my electric bill ?. Very professional and have giving me great follow up service as well. It was a pleasure Ray!"

"Absolutely fantastic work by Joey and the guys with E2! Through, effecient and knowledgeable. System came with my new home, David did the initial explanation and setup with us and was very thorough! I just had them add 4 camera and an upgraded doorbell cam and mesh network and I have to say, I'm impressed... Joey came out with 2 great techs and knocked the installation out in an few hours and didn't go home until it was perfect and we were happy. Great experience all around!"
