"After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!

He was realistic in terms of stains on my Thassos marble floors and white marble countertop in the one bathroom and carrera marble counter top in another bathrooms. He gave me a great price and for just a little extra offered to clean the downstairs marble ebtry and travertine throughout the kitchen. I agreed. I was competely impressed with the outcome. I must say I never in 100 years expected my white countertops to be 100% white again! The floors were beautiful, like new. A few tiny stains you could hardly see were there, that is all! Not bad for white marble that was 20 years old! My downstairs entry marble was shiny as new as waas the travertine. The grout looked as clean as the day it was put in! The crew was friendly, professional, and worked hard. I will definitely be calling them again!"

"Exceptional service. Steve Andrade (Empire Dry Tech) called 24 hours prior to confirm the appointment. He arrive a few minutes early with an assistent. They covered nearly the entire kitchen in plastic sheeting and went to work. The marble countertops came out beautiful They even did the subway tile backsplash. His work was meticulous. The kitchen was left spotless. They were both friendly, helpful and professional. I will be sure to have him back and recommend him to all my friends and neighbors. "George emailed me two days beforehand to setup a time. I give him a two hour window that worked for him. He came promptly at 8:30 am, Monday morning, 11/28/16, and left at 12:30 pm. He came inside with his toolbox and started right away on assembling my two small tables. They have been sitting in a box for over one year. George also installed some 3 doorknob sets but needed to make adjustments with the door frames so two doors could close properly. He also installed much needed rack on my bedroom door to hang all my dog leashes and harnesses. The window covering hardware in the Master bedroom was changed out also. He took measurements when needed. He was accurate and did not make unnecessary or incorrectly placed holes in the plaster walls for installation. George does excellent work and is efficient. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him for future services."

"It went beautifully! We simply can't say enough good things about Joe Kincaid and his team. First of all, their estimate for the repairs were what we considered to be very fair, given the work involved, and it was substantially lower than another bid we received. Also, Joe and his partner had a number of ideas they wanted to implement to help protect the wood rafters from rotting again due to trapped  moisture. Noone else had suggested these fixes, and this is a problem we have dealt with numerous times in the past, so we were grateful for their insights into how we could, in the future, avoid the constant maintenance headache. They followed through on all of their ideas, and we were amazed at how thorough and meticulous and dedicated their crew was. Not only did they show up on time every day and work hard throughout the day, but you could tell that these guys put a lot of care into their work. at the end of each day, they cleaned up so thoroughly, you never knew they were there.  At one point, when we had a party planned on one of the weekends while the repair project was ongoing, they pushed to get the back patio repair work completed and the rafters painted so that it would look good for our party. If there were delays or problems, Joe or his crew always made sure to keep us apprised.  Bottom line -- we were INCREDIBLY impressed with this company, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others, or use them again ourselves."
