"It was a big job, but Keith and Ann arrived early at 8:45am and completed the project at 3:45pm. They covered all areas surrounding each vent with drop cloths and worked throughout the house. The air duct cleaning unit is self contained, but they made sure to vacuum up any residual debris from removing the vents. They also washed and re-installed all vents. Keith also did a small repair on an air duct in my attic that was letting in warm air at no charge! "Originally hired to regrout bathroom tile installed in 1940â s. Did a spectacular job of making shine like NEW! "I needed to have some cleaning done in a hurry. I chose this company because of its good reviews, because they were able to offer next-day service and because they did carpet cleaning, pressure washing and tile cleaning with one truck and one visit.
The carpet cleaning went OK, but the pressure washing of exterior concrete pavers and brick pavers left behind several dirty spots (where puddles of dirty water had apparently been left to evaporate) that were not evident until the surfaces had dried.  I had hoped that the interior tile cleaning would remove built up dirt from the grout, but the tile really didn't look cleaner after the floor scrubbing than before.  That was money wasted, because on a square foot basis, the tile cleaning was more expensive than the carpet cleaning.
I talked to the owner of the company later, and rather than adjusting the bill, he sent the crew back to re-clean some of the exterior surfaces.  As a result, I changed my overall rating from a C to a B.  This company is responsive and professional, but they lack the right equipment to clean interior tile floors.  I obtained better results cleaning some tiles a few years ago by using a scrub brush and a box of baking soda.  I would use this company again only for carpet cleaning.

"The drywall was fair, a lot of the electrical outlet where not cut out to fix the outlets themselves, so I had to buy over-sized face-plates in order to cover up the mistakes, the doors and trim for the most part came of pretty good, some of the painting on the doors needed to be redone, because the paint was sprayed on unevenly, the hanging of the doors and trim work was pretty good. the installation of the tub and shower, was not done very well, some of the lines did not match up, and the shower head kept dripping when toggling between the bathtub and the shower itself, and he did not come back to finish up the drywall around the bath and tub insert, or the baseboard trim work, which he said he would do. I really liked Ryan as a person, and I thought that he would be a man of his word, so I made the mistake of paying him in full for the unfinished work, because I thought that he could be trusted, to do what he said he would, however I had to find out the hard way, that this was not the case. after leaving him several text messages, asking him when he would be coming back to finish the work that had been paid for, I got no responses from him. so I have to hire someone else to finish up what I had already paid for. I really hate writing anything negative about anyone, because I know that this is their profession and livelihood, However I have to be honest, so that no one else would have to go through the same thing that I did."
