"Jerrod Thomason, the owner of Superior Home Building, did a complete remodel of our house including a new addition. He did the work while we spent the winter in FL. I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. They are very responsive & HONEST!! - After they excavated the sites it was discovered there where Helical piers from a past job of theirs from many years ago... maybe even 20 years ago. Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. They covered majority of the pier sites under their warranty. THERE ARE FEW COMPANIES THAT HAVE THIS HONESTY & INTEGRITEY LIKE ACCULEVEL. Acculevel is one of the best companies I have worked with. "After a bit of confusion (due to a previous quote from another technician) regarding our deep crawl space, we and Ayers finally made a joint decision on the best system to use. Gage Pederson, the Foreman, did an outstanding job of explaining what they were going to do, kept us totally informed each step of the way, and repeated everything, along with the warranty at the end of the job. We felt free to ask any questions and Gage replied with confidence and quickly. I can’t say enough about this young man’s professionalism. "Catlin construction completed the remodel of my upstairs bathroom in March, 2012 and I was completely satisfied so I asked them to replace the doors, moulding and trim in my home in August, 2012.  I hired Jason and his team again in September 2012 to remodel my downstairs bathroom, laundry room and repair water damaged walls and ceiling in my family room. <br /> I was completely comfortable with Catlin Construction being in my home, Jason, Vince and Dustin were very respectful of my home and took care to cover carpet, minimize dust from traveling throughout my house via tarps, etc.  I was comfortable leaving the workers in my home when I had to step out.  The same three workers competed all of the projects and knowing the quality of the work and their professionalism, it was an easy decision to hire Catlin Construction for subsequent jobs. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Easy Home Improvement did a fantastic job! Mickey came out within a day of our call and provided a detailed quote. The crew was out as promised, the work was completed in a day and looks great! We had some tuck pointing done and the basement sills replaced. Once the mortar had dried and you can’t even tell where the new and old come together! They even went above and beyond and fixed a few minor issues not in the original quote. Everyone we encountered from Easy Home Improvement was professional, courteous, and wonderful to work with. "Scott and company were easy to deal with and did everything they said they would do. I had them sister some joists, finish  rooms in the basement, add lighting and a wet bar. They also put down some tile and put in a bigger service panel. Permits were pulled and inspections completed.
