"I had originally hired a different contractor (not thru Home Advisor) to repair hurricane damaged shutters. This contractor messed things up so badly that I paid them off and sent them packing, even before the job was completed. All Around Shutters came to the rescue. They gave me an estimated cost within 10 minutes of arrival. They repaired the shutters, including the damage inflicted by the previous contractor. They explained the reason or everything they were doing, as they went along. Very pleasant to talk to. Cleaned up the job site, and charged me less than originally estimated. We are going to use them for additional work later. Could not be happier!"

"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."

"The experience was mediocre. The owner was the employee, and he did a mediocre job. He was okay as a person, but I would expect him to be able to fix the garage door. But he came in to lubricate the rollers and to replace whatever he needed to replace. He just couldn't get the external key pad to function. He wasn't abrasive or anything.  They were okay. I wouldn't rush to use them."
