"Will did an excellent job today. I had an outdoor outlet that was causing a fire hazard and circuit breaker kept going off. He was able to happily troubleshoot the issue, change the switch and hit my outlet working again. He also restored power on another outlet in the garage and saved me $100 that I was planning to spend to get a Freezer technician to come fix not knowing it was a power issue and not a device issue. I was shocked when Tim offered to troubleshoot the issue for free, despite estimating it could take 1.5-2 hours. Tim was prompt (even called to let me know he was running a few minutes late), wore a mask (COVID), was courteous, and determined the issue really quickly. He entertained answering all of my electrical questions, came up with the best path forward to resolving the issue, and provided a very reasonable quote for repairs. "Called because of lights going on and off, flickering etc. checked everything, figured it was a switch. Fixed it and because it was so fast, he looked at a bunch of other stuff in my home, electrical box, outlet check, looked in attic.

"The technician was nice, but late.  Apparently his companion didn't show up for work that day so it threw off his schedule.  He performed the work well enough, but the light switch in the closet was really high.  His response was that it was standard.  It wasn't.  But it's a closet so I didn't mind.  Then he installed an outlet under the bathroom cabinet...but it was so low that I can't use the bottom outlet for anything with a large grounding plug.
