"The service went fine.  I wanted them to test if the carbon monoxide was leaking or something for the safety and also do the cleaning.  The guy that came out, didn't do any cleaning.  The good side was that he found that it was leaking; but the other hand, he said the machines were pretty old.  He can give some special price, if I want to make some major repairs.  I was not interested because of my purpose in the beginning was just to check the safety.  On the other hand, I was disappointed because he didn't do anything about the cleaning.  He came on time.  I got what I paid for.  The price was okay because he didn't charge more.  He tried to answer all my questions.  He came on the appointed day."

"We recently purchased our home and wanted a thorough inspection of the sump pump and battery backup system. Jeff came and advised us that we would need a new battery because our battery went bad. He also recommended that though our primary sump pump was working, it should be replaced soon. Both sump pump and battery were original to the house and about 9 years old. A week later, while we were out of town, our battery exploded and we called Jeff to replace the battery and sump pump. We were able to get an appointment that week and he and his assistant came and replaced everything, including a new check valve in a timely manner. He even disposed of our damaged battery. The sump pump is running smoothly and we have a sense of relief that we will not have to worry about it for several years. We would use his service again."

David came out and replaced our existing sub pump and installed a battery back up pump. He was on time and communicated with me exactly what he was going to do. When he was done he explained how both pumps worked, I understood it very well. He cleaned the u very well.

"These guys were excellent. I had originally hired them because I needed a major rush job done and they pulled it off. Then they
continued after the main issue was resolved and came back multiple times to do an extremely thorough job waterproofing the basement.  Whereas we would find puddles down there before, we have not had any issues since they were there.  They did all kinds of things ? from putting some kind of stripping on the base of the walls to building an entire roof over my back stairs to adding a French drain to putting covers on all the basement windows. And they did all this for significantly less money than other companies quoted us - and those other guys did not offer nearly as much work!  Incredible.
The one lack I would say this company had was the timing issue. On more than one occasion were told they were on their way, but they only showed up hours later.  Also, sometimes they would be working in the basement and kind of just disappear without the work being finished, later explaining they had to run to another job. All of which was fine with me ? after the initial work, we weren?t in a big rush.  But it is something to note.
Notwithstanding that issue, we were very pleased and are recommending them to anyone who asks about such services.

We cxld that contract and was pleasantly surprised when iplumb not only sent a plumber who knew what he was doing but was also one of the owners. He replaced it on scene and gave me a free house inspection. He informed me that my water heater was close to failing as well. He offered to bundle the two jobs together to get me a better price. He even stuck around to let me check online to see if his prices were competitive. He also gave me a 10% discount. He got me on the schedule right then and there to get the water heater replaced. He showed up on time at 8 am, the next day, to swap it out. He protected my hardwood floor by putting down drop clothes and just really went above and beyond. He was wonderful and I can't thank him enough! I would recommend him to anyone that would ask me for plumbing services!"
