"In less than 24 hours, Michael was at my doorstep with a new system. He efficiently replaced the old system and carefully adjusted the pipes to have a perfect fit. I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to details. He was a one-man show! In a couple of hours, hot water was running in the pipes and he did make sure that every faucet was working properly and releasing any air from the tank! He left the basement clean and removed all the old parts. I strongly recommend this company! As far as price, my system was very old, so it did require significant work to bring it up to code, so I believe it was a fair price for the amount of work. Unfortunately, the water heater is behind my HVAC, so they had to remove the HVAC, remove the old water heater, install the new heater, and replace the HVAC. They did a perfect job. The problem I have, and the reason I gave an overall rating of only a C, is that the plumber recommended replacing the water heater and the kitchen faucet, but the water heater was easily repaired by another plumber,and the kitchen faucet did not need to be replaced either, as it only needed an "O" ring.
