About 10 months later that same water heater had a leak and caused water damage to my basement. I called them back out and they told me another part that connected to the water heater needed to be replaced. It cost me $280 to have that part replaced. I don't know much about plumbing or if the second call for service was their fault or not from a bad initial installation. So you be the judge."
