"The information provided on the first phone call was detailed on the process of re-glazing and the prices. Work started promptly and was finished in about 3 1/2 hours. The bathtub looks new again. The man who did the work was very professional. I did have to call them due to some sharp points on the non-slip surface, however, they came back out in a couple of days to buff out the points and re-apply a coat to the bottom of the tub. "I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. Also, because I have add'l bathroom remodeling to do, I asked Joseph for any recommendations he may have for providers with whom he's worked who do smaller jobs and are good. He did make some recommendations and responded quickly to any questions I had regarding these providers.
