"They have been wonderful to work with. We are new to the area and they came out to check our heating and A/C. Brett was great and explained everything to me. We knew we would have an issue with the upstairs air conditioning. Brett recommended a Fujitsu mini split AC unit. We went with it and are very pleased. It is keeping the upstairs nice and cool during the heatwave and the main unit isn’t working as hard anymore. The new unit is super quiet inside and out. EXCELLENT. It was going to be a challenging install, but Sam and all is wonderful installers figured out the perfect way to do it without causing any unsightly wiring and disrupting the walls in the house. I can’t speak highly enough about Plasters. They are always on time, willing to explain the install to you during the whole process, superior workmanship, and finish in a timely manner. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The movers were great! They were courteous, professional and very efficient. However, their dispatcher called me earlier and said they will be 2 hours early, causing me to run around and panic, then in fact they were 2 or 3 hours late (from the original time). TO make up for it though, they sent in an extra person to help with the move. I would probably use their services again (Especially with such a great price)
