So I called the second time later that Thursday and that same person tells me that her phone has been deleting appointments. So we schedule another appointment for Friday, the 24th at 12pm, again a no show or call. My work schedule had me working mid nights this week and I stayed up waiting for nobody to show. Most businesses I've dealt with had a calendar for appointments either hand written or on a computer print out. Not a happy customer, how can anyone recommend this company with poor customer service?"
