"I was able to get an appointment with Terry's at a time that was convenient to me. A few days before arrival, I received a reminder in the mail of my appointment which stated what to do beforehand to prepare. That was helpful. The technician was right on time, calling beforehand to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he looked at what was to be done, pretreated necessary areas and cleaned. One thing I appreciated was his hanging blankets over our door opening to the outside to keep as much cold air out as he could while the door was open for the hoses. I was very impressed with his thoughtfulness! Mike was very courteous, not intimidated at all by our black lab (making friends very quickly with her!), and was just plain nice. He did a fantastic job on all items that were cleaned. Since we chose to have stain protection used for the items (thanks to our furry friend we felt it was necessary) he left us a large bottle of spot remover at no additional charge.
