"The original project targeted only the Kitchen with minimum lay out modification. We later added removal of a wall and closet, replacing the dining room floor and painting the is one and the living room. We requested 7 quotes in total since this was a major project. We decided to work with Remodeling concepts due mainly to: - Derek's professionalism, - a timely response during the quoting process. We made four modification to the original project changing design and scope of work, - a very competitive price, - solid references, - have insurance and be licensed. The job started on the agreed date, and run as scheduled. Derek's team follows his professionalism, and they demonstrated a high level of expertise. Demolition (walls, closet, cabinets, etc), cleaning, framing, sheet-rock & taping, tile and back-splash work, plumbing and gas work, cabinets installation, electrical work, appliance installation, and painting were top. And they kept the dust to the minimum. We could appreciate their craftsmanship on the details. We have our DREAM kitchen. My wife is extremely pleased, therefore so do I. The Estimate - Pete came promptly to my home to give me an estimate on the work requested.  He spent so much time with me listening to my desires and taking the time to explain how we could make them work, things that wouldn't work, and giving me ideas that I never even thought of.  There was never a moment where he rushed me, cut me off, or pushed an agenda on me; that was quite refreshing.  
The Work - Pete and his crew arrived at the time indicated to begin work.  Before they started he told me what to expect, what they would be doing and about how long it would take.  His expectation management and time estimation were on point and made me feel comfortable knowing what goals I could expect to be reached each day.  His work was done impeccably and with no disturbance to my home, my existing landscaping or lawn!  Their craftsmanship is excellent, their attention to detail is amazing, and everything was done with pride as if they were working on their own home. 
Warranty - During the fall I had a few EXTREMELY small issues, this was two months after everything was completed.  I gave Pete a call and explained the problem and he came out as soon as he had time (which was quite quick) to rectify the problem.  He stands by his company and his work, he will never leave you high and dry; a true businessman.  More construction companies should have the pride that Heritage does, these are people who actually and genuinely care about their customers.
