Chad is the kind of pro that the This Old House crew would trust to feature on an episode where some big nasty problem needs real outside the box cleverness and intelligence and cutting edge tech or tool to get the job done correctly and fully. And if he can't figure it out you know he's going to research the **** out of it and get the job done - the man and his crew are careful, meticulous problem solvers and skilled craftsmen who are always thinking five steps ahead. Like I said, they don't merely know what they're doing - they really like what they're doing and it shines through. The level of quality work and detail they do would easily meet the obnoxiously high standards of our local Disney World theme parks. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Chad and his crew have worked on some theme park projects around here. Scheduling, paying, and communicating was a breeze, too, thanks to Dale. She was so kind and thoughtful and organized through the whole process, handling all of the paperwork and orchestrating the crew behind the scenes. Top to bottom this is a professional organization and their reputation for excellence is well deserved. You get every penny's worth and so much more - the peace of mind that you did not hire some knucklehead that's going to cut corners or miss something on the job site. Their patch was masterfully done so that my job insulating wasn't unnecessarily complicated. Finally, while working on the roof, they utilize safety gear.
