Are you in need of a new roof? How would you like it to be the last time you had to worry about replacing your roof plus save thousands in the process? If your answer is yes then maybe I can help. I use metal roofing materials with a 40 year manufacturers warranty, lifetime roofing screws, plus a full trim package not just the colored eve. I have a few different options for the installation process depending on your budget but regardless of your choice I do quality work and I don't cut corners or take short cuts. I take pride in my work and I can back it up with references. I can guarantee you that I can repair your roof for half the cost of the average roofing contractor but at the same time use top of the line craftsmanship and top of the line materials. Metal is the cheapest and best way to reroof a home in more ways than one. The key is having a experienced metal roofer bidding your roof and installing your roof. Truth be told about your average roofing contractor, you'll get two options the first one being he will come measure and bid your roof for twice the cost hire whoever to slap it on never touch a tool you will only see him to collect a check and there is no telling what you might get and once he's paid you'll never see him again if it was to leak. Your second option would be your small time hardworking roofing company that has most of it's experience with shingles but will assure you that they can do metal with no problems. But in reality they use their own method when installing metal which may not leak but it will not be installed correctly cutting the lifespan of the roof in half. Metal roofing is a skilled trades of it's own and requires a experienced craftsman with that you will be amazed how much more your able to get out of your roof and save thousands in the process. "After seeing a few commercials of Brighter Side Roofing, I asked my Daughter to contact them when my roof began to leak thru my laundry room ceiling a few weeks ago. Since I couldn't remember the name of the company, I waited for the commercial to appear again because I liked everything about it. Mr. Antonio Bridges, came out and went onto the roof to inspect the area I showed him from inside and returned to let us know there would be no charge due to the minor fix to the leak, Here we were prepared to replace the entire roof when only a few nails were needed. We offered to buy him and his assistant lunch, but they graciously refused , asking us to donate to a good cause, to pay it forward. We are very appreciative of these two honorable businessmen, and are grateful they didn't take advantage of our ignorance and trust. E. Thomas"

"Mike the owner was on site and very easy to work with. Work was completed in a timely manner and crew cleaned up the yard very well. I would highly recommend Over the Top Roofing."

"

When they came to do the inspection. They walked through with my husband and they showed him exactly where there were problems, they told him what problems there had been, and they labeled the areas that had things that were big problems. They also showed where there was a missing pier at each side. Not only the wall packing, but one of the support beams that had poked a hole in the closet. Then there was water that would come in the back area, and another diagonally from it. We had been told by one company not to worry about it, and that did not make use happy. They proposed fixing both ends, and had shown cracks in the walls, that we haven?t even seen, and where the floor was uneven. There were a lot of things they pointed out, that we haven?t even noticed.  When they got done, Mr James Campbell, when he went through and showed my husband, it just absolutely dumbfounded him. There is not a room in the house, that didn?t need repaired.  They ended up installing 3 push pier standard brackets, and cast in place fitting, and 15 smart jacks. They got all the permits and engineering. They did outstanding work. They were very polite professional, and on time. They gave of a sheet of all the information of everything that they installed, permits, and warranty for each thing. The smart jacks are warranteed for 5 years from install date. The manufacturer also warrants 25 years from the day of installation.  When we entered into the contract we have the right to notify to notify the salesperson directly, and let them know if we were upset about anything or to cancel at that point. Offered to buy now and pay later. They were so professional and so contentious, and went out of their way to be so. They sent along with estimate, a whole booklet about foundation problems that explains everything you would ever want to know. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

"After giving us an estimate in Dec 2014 and constantly following up with us they earned our business. They installed 8 piers and 3 beams under our home and what a difference! Just walking across the floors feels so sturdy. Now that this has been completed we can begin working on our kitchen remodel. Thanks Again!

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."
