"Mr Arnold showed up on time and very professional, gave me a free estimate, and then since i needed it asap, he went to home depot and purchased the heater, and all the supplies. He returned and removed the old  heater, and installed the new one and all accessories, this took him about 2 hrs to do. Mr Arnold was very kind and cleaned any mess he had made and took all the materials with him when he left. I had called him and he was very flexible with my work schedule and the emergency i was in as well. <br />"

"<p>I hired Mike with Copeland's Home Inspections and received excellent service.  Please make sure you call Mike even if you book appointment through website.  Time I requested was unavailable and by the time Mike would have been notified, the appointment time would have passed - creating the potential for scheduling conflicts.  I personally called and spoke to Mike ensuring I had the appointment I needed.  He inspected a home I am trying to purchase for me.  He was very professional and timely.  He had to return to the house more than once due to the home sellers schedule, but he made it work.  Mike explained many details of the inspection and the report was very thorough and understandable with many pictures.  He rated items in terms of items that needed immediate fixes, fixes down the line, areas to watch and simple for your information items.  I would highly recommend Mike if you really want the down and dirty facts of a home, which as a home purchaser we needed to make informed decisions.</p> <br />"

"The gutter covers did not seem to work right at first but Ron and Jeff kept working at finding a solution to the problem, and in time they did find the right solution. The gutters and covers are working properly now. The second job went smoothly. The demolition went quickly, and the crew worked diligently to complete the decks as soon as they could, even working some days in inclement weather. Jeff and his assistants are experienced, hard working, good at finding solutions to problems, and neat and respectful of the surrounding property. After the decks were built they made repairs to three doors that go out to the decks. I'm very pleased with and proud of my new "no maintenance" decks and railings."

"Brandt's expertise has shone through, in every phase of his workmanship.  He is very conscientious and thorough, giving as much care to the smallest of details as he does to the planning of the entire project.  His overall knowledge of the building industry seems comprehensive.  I have yet to have a question about building that he did not know the correct answer to. He is very easy to work with and was able to take detailed instructions about how I wanted things done and implement them in a flawless manner.  He also was quick to point out any things which he thought would improve my plan, but did not implement those changes without checking with me first.  In virtually every case I could see the wisdom of his suggestions and we ended up implementing them. Brandt is always courteous and trustworthy; his integrity shows through in everything that he does.  He is one of those few workman that I would absolutely trust leaving my home and all of its furnishing in his care. I have worked with many contractors over the years; some of which I have had to fire.  I cannot think of another one that I have been so pleased with as Brandt."

"Four light fixtures with pull switches installed to allow for less electricity usage when all are not needed. 5 outlets installed throughout the basement to allow power tools to be used wherever needed. New caulking improved look of tub and shower. All drywall repair done well. Rounded L shaped driveway with gravel bedding and rebar; Looks great and blends well into original driveway. Rainy weather caused some delays on concrete pour but other projects completed in a timely manner. Crew was very responsive to my very picky opinion on their caulking in the 2nd floor tub and shower."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Gower, MO

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
