That promptness was the main reason I went with them. The guy that showed up, Will, seemed knowledgeable and was polite. My issue is that he showed up as a professional with basic tools to change the faucet in a kitchen sink. I have better tools than I saw him using. One example is that he was tightening the nut on the bottom of the new faucet that secured it to the sink with channel locks instead of a dedicated faucet installation/removal tool. The other issue I had was the lack of parts in the rather nice new panel van he showed up in. Maybe that's a new thing in the industry but I would have expected a few basic parts to be stocked on the truck. To be clear I didn't have a bad experience, it just wasn't a very good one. They did the job but if I had to do it over again I would have gone with someone else."
