When we asked if they could set up automatic withdrawals to prevent future missed payments, he again said ?No,? even while boasting that they are a national company?apparently one that can?t manage automatic billing. When my elderly mother mentioned contacting the BBB, he threatened to sue her. He then made repeated calls to me and threatened to ?make trouble? with my employer. It is impossible to recommend a company that tolerates this kind of behavior from one of its service managers. Avoid this company."

"My basement had wall crack steps, horizontal cracks, bowing issues along with moisture issues. Water would come in the basement regularly. Everything was taken care of by RENEW about 6-7 years ago. They replaced some of the foundation bricks, installed a drainage system, placed reinforcement rods along the walls and installed a sump pump. RENEW also helped me with additional request as the project progressed (removing personal items, etc). On the exterior they added and pitched dirt along with placing decorative rocks. I’m writing this 6-7 years later so I’m sure I’ve left a few things out. Since having the work done, my basement has been dry. THERE IS NO WATER/MOISTURE PROBLEMS AT ALL! RENEW is a family business that takes pride in their work. They are dependable, personable, reasonable with cost and most of all knowledgeable. Most reviews are done relatively close to when the work is performed. My review is years later which should tell anyone reading this, they do excellent work at a reasonable price."

"John Ferrante and his crew did an outstanding job in removing our existing wood deck, removing the existing concrete patio and sidewalk squares, installed cement block to close basement window, furnished new concrete patio and sidewalk squares, and new concrete patio steps with footings at base of patio door. John's work was precise, clean and professional. He worked well with the City of Franklin inspectors and met all required city codes. We are pleased with the work done and enjoying the new patio. Friends and neighbors were impressed with the outcome. We will definitely call upon John and his crew for future projects."
