"Mike was called to look at our steps leading up to our house that we just had installed by a different concrete contractor to see if he could "fix" the disaster that Nelson Concrete did in my front yard. Mike came out the next day and gave us options to make the existing poorly constructed new steps we just had done look better but we decided to have Mike tear out the brand new steps and start over. His consultation on how iate Life would do things and the quality product we would get was what we were looking for. Mike made us feel comfortable after getting burned so bad from the bad contractor. Mike even made suggestions on how to make things look even better and a retaining wall made sense in addition to our steps. He worked with us on the budget for the project. He said that they would be out in 2 days to start and they did what they said they were going to do. Mike stopped by several times to monitor the progress of his team and the quality that we were getting. They even went he extra mile and colored and sealed our project without an up charge.
