He wanted to be paid $130.00 for the service call without fixing my issue. His attitude was brash and rude. He spoke over me when I asked questions about his fees and that most of his competitors offer free estimates. I ended up paying him in full to get him out of my house and end the uncomfortable conversation. I told him he should talk rates upfront in the future. This was an extremely unpleasant experience one that I don't feel would have happened if I was a man. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone."
