Get matched with top pipe repairers in Grain Valley, MO

"It went GREAT! The workmanship was superior! No problems! They had to be extra creative after the sloppy, terrible mess the foundation repair company left after their repairs! We couldn't be happier with their workmanship and creativity! We intend to use them on several other projects we have!"

"Oh my, John and his son were AMAZING. My wife got her dream bathroom at half the cost of the big companies. We decided to do the painting ourselves so the pics aren’t finished yet. John was easy to communicate with, and showed up when he said he would. They cleaned up so nicely every day when they left. This was my first experience hiring a contractor and now I’m worried I’ll never see this level of service in my life unless I use John. Already had him quote me on more work. The flooring job is stunning. Just a stand up guy. He and his son were so friendly and professional. I was actually a little bit sad when they were done, it was that good. One of the best business interactions I’ve ever had in any capacity. Thank you John so very much."

"We hired Sissi company to first remove mold from our roof shaded by a big tree. Lewis did a great job and sprayed chlorine in the end to kill the mold that were hard to remove. We then hired him to paint our outside wooden wall. Lewis painted quite carefully and respected and accommodated our requests. After this work done, he did basement waterproofing project for us as well. It saved our basement from flooding during this winter. In the end, Lewis also fixed our water sink sewage pipe and several lights in the house. Lewis is also a very friendly guy and he charged reasonably. I strongly recommend him."

"Taylor did a fantastic job. His attention to detail is superb, and my kitchen has never looked better! We will definitely hire you again."

"It was not a quick process because of the water damage and waiting on the cabinets we picked out to ship but overall it was a great experience. Brian, Carlos & Joe were the main workers we had at the house - they were respectable, polite, and very informative - making sure we understood each step of the process. Brian started with the dirty work of removing the water damage, repairing drywall, replacing subfloors, installing laminate plank flooring, adding can lights, and fixing our lose electrical boxes. The cabinets we picked had to be assembled which took a day of work and then Carlos stepped in to complete the cabinets, build our countertops, install baseboards, add hardware, and basically put everything in place. Joe did an amazing job on our tile, AMAZING! We picked a hand sculpted glass tile that was a bit more tedious than we expected but Joe worked his magic and really made the kitchen, the tile is everything I hoped it would be and more - it's the focal point and looks fabulous. Brian helped to finish up the plumbing to get us back in business and Carlos has been worked to wrap up the little details and honey do list of things that needed completed to give our kitchen the finished touch. Everything turned out so well - we did not replace a set of upper cabinets to open the space more and added in a pantry - both Doug's ideas, we are so glad we listened because it changed the whole dynamic of our home. We also went with another of Doug's ideas and added in a breakfast bar which we are loving.
Doug was on top of the project the whole time, keeping us updated and checking in nearly daily. We liked that he let his workers be in charge of the day to day activity though, it made things flow well and allowed us the ability to schedule the next steps with them directly, which worked well with our schedule. Not having done anything like this before was scary but we felt confident in Doug and trusted his word and he proved that he knows what he is doing!
The only real issue we had was with 2 contractors who said they came to our home to work but never showed up, that was an extremely frustrating situation and we thought it would set us back even farther in the time line but Doug stepped up and sent others out right away. It was a frustrating situation for him too but he made it right and got things rolling in the midst of it all. We were very appreciative of his extra effort, especially in a situation that was out of his control.
We have recommended Leawood Kitchen and Bath to many already and will continue to do so - we will also be using them again in the future as we do more home upgrades. The pricing was fair and below cost for the other estimates we got and the work is quality! Doug's honesty and ideas were a breath of fresh air for us in our messy kitchen, which is now our favorite room in the house!!!"

"The Tech showed up on time, performed his inspection very quickly. Then took the time to explain the necessary repair my cap required and that it was not necessary to have done right now, but soon maybe spring. Then he cleared us to burn in the fire place. AAA+ job!"

"Frank did amazing work on my stairwell. He replaced and repaired my stair treads while also adding decorative panels along the wall. He transformed the way my narrow stairwell appears. I highly recommend and will hire him for future projects"

"DTS plumbing replaced an outdoor faucet that would not shut off.  Price was very fair and the service was performed on time and correctly.  I had a difficult schedule to work around and they were happy to work with me.  In addition, I had a very small unscheduled repair that they handled for me on the spot.  Overall, they were on time, courteous, and very fair on price."

"Excellent quality and workmanship. Richard took it upon himself to inspect the house and make all the repairs. I really appreciated his professionalism. Highly recommend this company."

"B&W Complete Home Services (Ben and Ian) were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and fair. They are two personable, jolly, and good-natured men. I was actually so floored by how good of a job they did for such a great price that I gave them a tip. Ben and Ian diagnosed the problem (a broken seal and rusted pipe) and were able to replace these parts within two hours. While they were here, they even unclogged a slow-moving sink for me! Ben and Ian are two honest, talented, experienced contractors and I will be using B&W Complete Home Services for all of my home-repair needs in Kansas City for as long as I live here. I do not have a photo but will supply one later!"
