Not only are his reviews overwhelmingly positive, but he's knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and honest, with competitive pricing to boot. He's also a very responsive communicator. We needed some time after signing the contract to shop for materials. Ouri kindly rolled with our uncertain timeline, checking in periodically without any pressure to see where we were at and advising on any questions we had along the way. From the beginning of the project, his crew was respectful, clean, and always checked in with us as any questions came up. The project went smoothly and for one very minor hiccup that came up, Ouri & crew were quick to address without question. And months later, he sent a member of his crew to come troubleshoot something minor, again without any hesitation. It's challenging to keep these brief when you have such a great experience, especially when you read and hear about horror stories from other people. Selfishly, maybe we should keep this to ourselves so he isn't so busy when we need him for another project in the future :) Scope The bathroom was totally gutted save for some sections of drywall. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"The technician was terrific. He arrived on time (actually early) and proceeded to analyze the problem of the dishwasher not starting properly. Rather than take my suggestion (that the problem was likely in the co trip panel) he proceeded to find that the problem was that rats had been filling the space behind and below the dishwasher with crushed debris that caused the dishwasher to not engage the switch. Instead of the expected large repair bill to replace the control panel, the charge was only $200 for his time."

"The technician was terrific. He arrived on time (actually early) and proceeded to analyze the problem of the dishwasher not starting properly. Rather than take my suggestion (that the problem was likely in the co trip panel) he proceeded to find that the problem was that rats had been filling the space behind and below the dishwasher with crushed debris that caused the dishwasher to not engage the switch. Instead of the expected large repair bill to replace the control panel, the charge was only $200 for his time."
