Two of the garage doors had manufacturers defects that CHI was covering to have replaced. The problem is that it took over 3 years to get anything done on warrant. Then Sean wanted us to pay him $1600.00 to for the labor on warranty work! I called the main office of CHI and they said that ?he was just trying to rip you off, CHI covers all labor for warranty work?. I mentioned that to Sean and he proceeded to call me multiple vulgar names and that he wasn?t going to do anything to help us. What makes this extra bad is that Sean has been using photos of my house as the primary pictures on his website! I strongly recommend to stay far away from Third gen!"
